Dress to Impress!
General Sessions and Competitive Events: Official HOSA dress or business attire are NOT ALLOWED at Oklahoma SLC. The attire for OK SLC is solid colored slacks or skirt and the conference polo (given at SLC registration) with closed-toed shoes made of any material (no house shoes). For competitive skill events, scrubs/lab coats are acceptable.

Oklahoma HOSA State Anatomage Tournament
The Oklahoma HOSA State Anatomage Tournament will have both a virtual preliminary round prior to state leadership conference and in-person rounds during state leadership conference. Below we have provided videos outlining what the virtual and in-person tournaments will look like so you can begin preparing your team for competition.

If your chapter collects cash or check donations, please make sure you mail them to National Marrow Donor Program WITH a completed contribution form available here. Enter as much information as possible so their finance team can ensure your chapter gets credit (and points!) for your fundraising efforts.

IMPORTANT!! Make sure you enter the information in HATS, so that your chapter can be recognized at SLC.
Oklahoma HOSA Star Chapter Awards
The Star Chapter Awards recognize our hard-working chapters and all of their members. The requirements for each level are listed in the picture to the side.
This year, we have a Platinum Star Chapter award that will be awarded to the Diamond Chapter with the highest NMDP donations.

Generating Invoices
FOR ADVISORS - Once all names have been entered into the system, in the bottom left corner of the Conference Registration Page on the black bar, click on the “Reports” tab and generate an invoice for your school’s bookkeeper to be sent with payment to Oklahoma HOSA. Then, mail the check to the mailing address at the beginning of the SLC section.
